The Mainland of China : Implementation Plan on the Work to Promote Restructure and Upgrade of Processing Trade and Facilitation of Domestic Sales by the Huangpu Customs and the People's Government of Dongguan
The Huangpu Customs and the People's Government of Dongguan have recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Implementation Plan on the Work to Promote Restructure and Upgrade of Processing Trade and Facilitation of Domestic Sales by the Huangpu Customs and the People's Government of Dongguan" ("Implementation Plan"). The Implementation Plan aims to facilitate the restructure, upgrade and domestic sales of processing trade enterprises, and to solve some historical problems, including expanding the pilot coverage of domestic sales of processing trade goods under "Single Declaration" to certain eligible enterprises of B category which are applying for or preparing to apply for A category management. A copy of the "Implementation Plan" is attached at Appendix (pdf format), and the Annex can be downloaded from the website of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Dongguan city at:
