The Mainland of China : Supplementary Notice Concerning Accomplishing the Task
of On-site Transformation of Enterprises of Processing Material Supplied by Clients
to Foreign Invested Enterprises without Stopping Production
Eleven Bureaus including the Dongguan Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and Huangpu Customs issued on 15 October 2009 the "Supplementary Notice Concerning Accomplishing the Task of On-site Transformation of Enterprises of Processing Material Supplied by Clients to Foreign Invested Enterprises without Stopping Production"
("Supplementary Notice"), which aims to address certain operational problems in the process of enterprises' transformation including transfer of non-priced equipment, tax registration, fire safety procedures, land use rights, etc. A copy of the "Supplementary Notice" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
