The Mainland of China : Rate of Anti-dumping Duties against Imports of Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from the Republic of Korea
In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 2/2009 on 22 January 2009, announcing that the KPX FINE CHEMICAL CO., LTD. from the Republic of Korea would inherit the 5.08% anti-dumping duty rate and other rights and obligations for Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from Korea Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. with effect from 23 January 2009.
