The
Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polyvinyl Chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 69/2009 on 28 September 2009, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyvinyl chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 3904 1090.
DETAILS
- According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 29 September 2009, the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyvinyl chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and the Taiwan Province would be continued for 5 years according to the Notice No. 48/2003 and Notice No. 53/2003 issued by MOC.
