The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polyvinyl Chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and the Taiwan Province

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 69/2009 on 28 September 2009, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyvinyl chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 3904 1090.

DETAILS

  1. According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 29 September 2009, the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyvinyl chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and the Taiwan Province would be continued for 5 years according to the Notice No. 48/2003 and Notice No. 53/2003 issued by MOC.
