The
Mainland of China : "Implementation Measures of Special Tax Adjustment
(Provisional)"
The State Administration
of Taxation promulgated recently the "Implementation Measures of
Special Tax Adjustment (Provisional)" which set out the special tax
adjustment administration by tax authorities, covering enterprises' transfer
pricing, advance pricing arrangements, cost sharing arrangements, controlled
foreign corporations, thin capitalisation and general anti-tax avoidance.
A copy of the "Implementation Measures" is attached at Appendix
(pdf format) for reference.

the "Law on Corporate Income Tax of the People's Republic of China"
and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 132/2007
dated 21 March 2007 and CIC No. 499/2007 dated 13 December 2007.
