The Mainland of China : "Guidance Opinions on the Role of Administration for Industry and Commerce on Support for Enterprises Engaged in "Processing and Compensation Trades" to Restructure and Upgrade"
The Administration for Industry and Commerce of Guangdong Province recently issued a notice, promulgated the "Guidance Opinions on the Role of Administration for Industry and Commerce on Support for Enterprises Engaged in "Processing and Compensation Trades" to Restructure and Upgrade" ("Guidance Opinions"), which allow enterprises engaged in "processing and compensation trades" to restructure and register as various kinds of legal person enterprises, and to enjoy relevant preferential policies and facilitating measures. The "Guidance Opinions" also allow the advance issuance of the enterprise business license for enterprises undergoing restructure. A copy of the "Guidance Opinions" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
