The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Origin Management of Import and Export Goods Enjoying Preferential Tariffs by the Mainland Customs"
The General Administration of Customs has recently promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Origin Management of Import and Export Goods Enjoying Preferential Tariffs" to standardize the origin management of goods imported or exported under preferential trade agreements, which will take effect on 1 March 2009.
