The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Adjustments to the "Catalogue of Bulk Agriculture Products Subject to Import Report Management"
The Ministry of Commerce has recently announced adjustments to the"Catalogue of Bulk Agriculture Products Subject to Import Report Management" (the "Catalogue"). According to the notice, fresh milk, milk powder and whey will be included in the "Catalogue" and subject to import report management starting from 1 August 2009; and China Chamber of Commerce of Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-Products is commissioned to collect, compile, summarize, analyse and verify the import report information on fresh milk, milk powder and whey, etc.. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
