The Mainland of China : Termination of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Newsprint from the United States, Canada and the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced on 31 December 2008 that the anti-dumping measures against imports of newsprint from the United States, Canada and the Republic of Korea would expire on 30 June 2009. Since no application for a review has been submitted by domestic enterprises or their representatives within 60 days before the expiry date of the anti-dumping measures and the MOC has considered not to initiate a review, MOC issued Notice No. 51/2009 on 30 June 2009 announcing that the anti-dumping measures against imports of newsprint from the United States, Canada and the Republic of Korea would be terminated with effect from 30 June 2009.
