Notice from the Ministry of Commerce Concerning Allocation of Quotas for Exports of Wheat Flour and Rice Flour to Hong Kong and Macao in the Second Half of 2009
The Ministry of Commerce has issued a notice recently announcing the names of enterprises and their respective allocation of quotas for exports of wheat flour and rice flour to Hong Kong and Macao in the second half of 2009. According to the notice, the relevant quotas are for the exclusive use of exports to Hong Kong and Macao, and the enterprises concerned are not permitted to re-export the products subject to export quotas to other countries or regions by any means.
