The Ministry of Commerce promulgated on 13 May 2009 the "Administrative Measures on General Licenses for Exporting Dual-Use Items and Technologies" ("Administrative Measures"), which will take effect from 1 July 2009. A copy of the "Administrative Measures" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
