India : Final Findings on Anti-Dumping Investigations involving imports of Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) - Recordable from the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Chinese Taipei
Traders were informed vide Commercial Information Circular Nos. 445/2007 and 394/2008 on the initiation of anti-dumping investigation and the imposition of provisional anti-dumping duty by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India on imports of Digital Versatile Discs - Recordable from the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Chinese Taipei.
DETAILS
- India has issued the Final Findings of the case, in which it has recommended imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty on the subject goods. The Final Findings are available at : <http://commerce.nic.in/writereaddata/traderemedies/
