The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on the Manifest for Cross Border Transportation by the Customs

The General Administration of Customs (GAC) issued Notice No. 101/2008 and No. 102/2008 on 31 December 2008 announcing certain issues related to the "Administrative Measures on the Manifest for Cross Border Transportation by the Customs of the People's Republic of China", which took effect from 1 January 2009. Copies of the notices are attached at Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (pdf format). Annexes of Appendix 2 can be downloaded from the website of GAC at:
