The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Prohibited and Restricted Technology Export"
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) promulgated on 20 April 2009 the revised "Administrative Measures on Prohibited and Restricted Technology Export" ("Measures"), which will take effect 30 days after promulgation. A copy of the "Measures" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
