The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Material Consumption Rate for 33 Items
The General Administration of Customs (GAC) and the National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on 20 April 2009 concerning the material consumption rate of 33 items, which will take effect on 11 May 2009.
