The Mainland of China : 2009 Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Import and Export Licensing Administration and the Respective Approving Authorities
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 123/2008 and No.124/2008 recently announcing the "2009 Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Import Licensing Administration and the Respective Approving Authorities" and the "2009 Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Export Licensing Administration and the Respective Approving Authorities", which took effect on 1 January 2009. Copies of the notices are attached at Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (pdf format) for reference. Their annexes can be downloaded from the website of MOC (Chinese version only) at:
