The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on Implementing Land Administration
Reform for the "Three Olds" to Promote Structural Adjustment, Restructure and
Upgrade of Industries in Dongguan
The Dongguan Municipality recently issued the "Interim Measures on Implementing the Land Administration Reform for the "Three Olds" to Promote Structural Adjusutment, Restructure and Upgrade of Industries in Dongguan" ("Measures"). The Measures sets out the relevant ways of reform for the "three olds (old towns, old villages, and old factory buildings), including the land-use right of restructured enterprises. A copy of the "Measures" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
