The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Acrylate Esters from the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 18/2009 on 8 April 2009, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of acrylate esters from the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. The relevant tariff codes are 2916 1210, 2916 1220, 2916 1230 and 2916 1240 (the tariff code before 2008 was 2916 1200).

According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 9 April 2009, the anti-dumping measures against imports of acrylate esters from the Republic of Korea would be terminated, and the anti-dumping measures against imports of acrylate esters from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia would be continued for 5 years according to the Notice No. 3/2003 and Notice No. 40/2005 issued by MOC.
