The General Administration of Customs recently promulgated the "Measures for Calculating the Value of Goods and Articles in Cases of Violation of Provisions of the Customs Supervision by the Mainland Customs" ("Measures"), which will take effect from 1 June 2009. A copy of the "Measures" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
