to Support and Promote Economic Development of the General
Administration of Customs
The Guangdong Sub-administration of the Customs General Administration has recently issued the "Guiding Opinions on Implementing the Ten Measures to Support and Promote Economic Development of the General Administration of Customs", which sets out measures including facilitating customs clearance, implementing customs clearance under guarantee, promoting restructure and upgrade of processing trade enterprises, and executing national export tax preference policies, etc. A copy of the Guiding Opinions is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
