The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Customs Declaration of Commodities that have Subject to Pre-Classification
The General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 23 January 2008 concerning the customs declaration of commodities that have subject to pre-classification, which took effect from the same day. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) .
