Mainland of China : Eligibility Criteria and Procedures for Application of Export Quota of Flour and Related Products in 2008
The Ministry of Commerce announced on 19 January 2008 the "Eligibility Criteria and Procedures for Application of Export Quota of Flour and Related Products in 2008", stating that export enterprises should not sign any new export contracts of flour and related products without obtaining the requisite export quota.
