The Mainland of China : Catalogues of Prohibited Exports (the Fifth Batch)
The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued on 11 December 2008 a notice announcing the "Catalogue of Prohibited Exports (the Fifth Batch)". The prohibition will take effect on 1 January 2009. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
