The
Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Cancellation and Cessation
of Administrative Fees on 100 Items
The Ministry of Finance
and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly promulgated
on 13 November 2008 a notice to announce the cancellation and cessation
of administrative fees on 100 items with effect from 1 January 2009. A
copy of the notice (including the fees items involved) is attached at
Appendix (pdf format)
for reference.
