The Mainland of China : Guidance Notes on the Trade Credit Registration Administration System (for Advance Payment)
The State Administration of Foreign Exchange issued on 5 November 2008 a notice concerning the "Guidance Notes on the Trade Credit Registration Administration System (for Advance Payment)". The Guidance Notes is formulated in accordance with the "Notice on Issues Concerning Management of the Registration of the External Claims under the Item of Corporate Trade in Goods". Enterprises should follow the Guidance Notes in respect of the registration and management for advance payment under the import of goods. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
