The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Implementation of Export Quota
Licensing Administration on Phosphate Rock
The Ministry of Commerce has recently announced the implementation of export quota licensing administration on phosphate rock (Mainland tariff codes: 25101010, 25101090, 25102010 and 25102090) with effective from 1 January 2009. A copy of the relevant notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
