The
Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping
Measures against Imports of Coated Art Paper from Japan
The Ministry of Commerce
(MOC) issued Notice No. 73/2008 on 4 November 2008, announcing the ruling
on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of
coated art paper from OJI Paper Co., Ltd. of Japan. The relevant tariff
codes are 4810 1300, 4810 1400 and 4810 1900.
DETAILS

According to the
ruling, the margin of dumping on imports of coated art paper from OJI
Paper Co., Ltd of Japan was found to be 10.4%. With effect from 5 November
2008, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of coated art paper
from the above company would be adjusted to 10.4%. For details, please
