The
Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures of Customs Laboratory
Testing
of the People's Republic of China"
The General Administration
of Customs announced on 13 October 2008 the "Administrative Measures
of Customs Laboratory Testing of the People's Republic of China".
The Measures govern the laboratory testing carried out by the Mainland
Customs, which refers to tests and analyses on the properties, composition,
contents, structure, qualities, specifications, etc. of imported and exported
goods. A copy of the "Administrative Measures" is attached at
Appendix (pdf format)
, and its annexes can be downloaded from the website of the General Administration
