The Mainland of China :
Implementation Regulations of Expediting the Reception of Industries' Relocation and Promoting the Development of Processing Trade and Related Documents by Chenzhou Municipality
The Office of the Chenzhou Municipal People's Government has recently issued a notice announcing the issuance of the "Implementation Regulations of Expediting the Reception of Industries' Relocation and Promoting the Development of Processing Trade by Chenzhou Municipality", "Interim Administrative Measures on Utilisation of Special Funds for Expediting the Reception of Industries' Relocation by Chenzhou Municipality" and "Provisions of Rewarding Professional Companies Commissioned to Attract Investments by Chenzhou Municipality (Trial)". The three documents further clarify the policy and measures introduced by the Chenzhou Municipality to expedite the reception of industries' relocation and promote the development of processing trade, including setting up of the "Special Funds for Expediting the Reception of Industries' Relocation" and rewards for attracting investments.
