The People's Government of Guangdong Province promulgated on 9 September 2008 the "Opinions on Promoting Restructure and Upgrade of Processing Trade Enterprises". Major content includes upgrading the processing trade industries, promoting relocation, strengthening supervision and management, encouraging enterprises to explore domestic sales market, and implementing supporting policies, etc. The "Opinions" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
