The
Mainland of China : Amendments to the "Provisions on Administrative
Punishments for Illegal Acts in Pricing"
The State Council
issued Decree No. 515 on 13 January 2008, announcing the decision to amend
the "Provisions on Administrative Punishments for Illegal Acts in
Pricing", which took effect from the day of promulgation. A copy
of the decision and the amended Provisions is attached at Annex
(pdf format) for reference.
