The
Mainland of China : Rate of Anti-dumping Duties against
Imports of Catechol (C6H6O2) from France
In respect of the
anti-dumping measures against imports of Catechol (C6H6O2) from France,
the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 63/2008 on 28 August
2008, announcing that the Rhodia Operations would inherit the 50% anti-dumping
duty rate for Catechol (C6H6O2) from Rhodia Organique SAS with effect
