The Mainland of China : "Decision Concerning the Work on Expediting the Reception of Industries' Relocation" of the Ganzhou City
The People's Government of Ganzhou City promulgated on 8 August 2008 the "Decision Concerning the Work on Expediting the Reception of Industries' Relocation". Among which, the major measures includes: setting up funds to encourage the construction of standard industrial factories, lowering costs of transportation, charges of industrial use water and electricity, administrative fees and labour costs for enterprises. A copy of the "Decision" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
