The
Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Re-distribution of 2008 Tariff Rate Quota for Agricultural Products
The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce jointly promulgated the
"Notice Concerning the Re-distribution of 2008 Tariff Rate Quota for Agricultural
Products" on 11 August 2008. The application period for re-distribution of the relevant tariff rate quota is 1-15 September 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at
Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
