The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Import and Export License of Dual-Use Items and Technologies
The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 5 August 2008, concerning the administration on import and export license of dual-use items and technologies, including chemical products liable to producing narcotic drugs, computer, and chemicals subject to supervision and control, etc., should be implemented in accordance with the "Administrative Measures on Import and Export License of Dual-Use Items and Technologies". The notice took effect from 5 August 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
