The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Revised "Customs Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Filling in the Declaration Form for Import and Export Goods"
The General Administration of Customs (GAC) issued a notice on 4 August 2008, concerning the revised "Customs Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Filling in the Declaration Form for Import and Export Goods", with effect from 1 October 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Notice No. 34/2004, 69/2005 and 4/2008 by the GAC will be repealed at the same time.
