The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Delay of the Implementation
of the Notice No. 17 (2008) by the General Administration of Customs
The General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 23 July 2008 to announce that the implementation of Notice no. 17 (2008) (Notice Concerning the Management of Enterprises with Double Identities in the Special Areas under Customs' Supervision) will be delayed from 1 May 2008 to 1 December 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
