Mainland of China : Adjustments to Reference Price for Domestic Sale of Scraps Arising from Processing Trade For Tax Evaluation Purpose by the Huangpu Customs
The Huangpu Customs issued a notice on 8 July 2008, announcing the revised reference price for domestic sale of scraps arising from processing trade for tax evaluation purpose with effect from 10 July 2008. Processing trade enterprises can choose to file returns to the Customs based on the domestic sale price or the reference price as stipulated in the notice. A copy of the notice is attached at
