The Mainland of China :
Interim Export Duties on Wheat and Related Products
We reported the Mainland's levy of interim export duties on wheat and related products from 1 January to 31 December 2008 vide CIC No. 9/2008 dated 3 January 2008. The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council recently confirmed that the measure does not apply to exports of wheat and related products to Hong Kong for local consumption. Please refer to the
