The Mainland of China : Notice Repealed by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and the General Administration of Customs (GAC) issued on 26 May 2008 a notice to repeal Notice No.36/2003 issued by MOC and GAC (Pilot Scheme on the Administration of Pre-export Verification of 36 Types of Products Including Citrus Acid), with effect from 26 May 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
