The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the "Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade on Polyester Filament Grey" and 31 Other Items
The General Administration of Customs (GAC) and the National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on 21 April 2008 concerning the material consumption rate for processing trade on polyester filament grey and 31 other items, which took effect on 21 May 2008.
