The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Categorization of Enterprises by the Customs Authorities
We reported the "Administrative Measures on Categorization of Enterprises" vide CIC No. 108/2008 dated 6 February 2008. The Shenzhen Customs recently explained the transitional arrangement between the old and new "Administrative Measures on Categorization of Enterprises" and the application of the categorization on certain types of enterprises. A copy of the explanation is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
