Mainland of China : Assessment of Credit Rating of Enterprises Importing/ExportingTextile
Products
The China Chamber
of Commerce for Import and Export of Textile issued a notice (Appendix
1 (pdf format) ) on 5 December 2007, announcing the implementation
of the assessment of credit rating of enterprises importing/exporting
textile products. It also promulgated the Administrative Measures for
Assessing the Credit Rating of Enterprises Importing/Exporting Textile
Products (Trial) (Appendix
2 (pdf format) ) on the same day. On 13 December 2007, the Chamber
issued another notice (Appendix
3 (pdf format) ) setting out the documentation requirements and related
arrangements for the assessment. For details, please see the Appendices.
