The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Waiving the Consumption Tax on Naphtha
The State Administration of Taxation has recently promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Waiving the Consumption Tax on Naphtha". The Measures have taken effect from 1 January 2008. Copies of the relevant notice and the Measures are attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
