Commercial Information Circular No. 273/2008
The Mainland of China : Catalogue on Import of Key Used Mechanical and Electrical Products
The Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly promulgated the "Catalogue on Import of Key Used Mechanical and Electrical Products" on 9 April 2008. The Catalogue contains 12 types of key used mechanical and electrical products, in total 99 tariff codes, which will take effect from 1 June 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
