The Mainland of China : Self-Evaluation Standard on the Compliance Level of Import and Export Enterprises (Trial)
The General Administration of Customs recently promulgated the "Self- Evaluation Standard on the Compliance Level of Import and Export Enterprises (Trial)". The result of self-evaluation conducted in accordance with the Standard will form the basis for the categorization of enterprises by the Customs Authorities. A copy of the Standard is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
