The Mainland of China : Rate of Anti-dumping Duties against Imports of Wear Resistant Overlay from Germany
In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of wear resistant overlay from Germany, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 111/2007 on 29 December 2007, announcing that Glatfelter Gernsbach Gmb & Co. KG would inherit the 10% anti-dumping duty rate for wear resistant overlay from Papierfabrik Schoeller & Co. KG with effect from 7 January 2008. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice at:
