The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Dimethyl Cyclosiloxane from the United Kingdom
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 24/2008 on 24 April 2008, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of dimethyl cyclosiloxane from the United Kingdom. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 2931 0000 and 3824 9090 (adjusted to 2931 0000 and 3824 9099 in 2008).

According to the ruling, the margin of dumping on imports of dimethyl cyclosiloxane from the Dow Corning Limited of the United Kingdom was found to be 5.4%. With effect from 25 April 2008, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of dimethyl cyclosiloxane from the above company would be adjusted to 5.4%.
