The
Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Catagorization of
Enterprises by the Customs Authorities
The General Administration
of Customs promulgated on 27 March 2008 certain legal documents and report
forms related to the "Administrative Measures on Catagorization of
Enterprises by the Customs Authorities", a copy of the notice is
attached at Appendix 1
(pdf format) . The Customs also promulgated the repeal of certain notices
and guiding documents, a copy of which is attached at Appendix
2 (pdf format) . Both notices will take effect from 1 April 2008.
