The
Mainland of China : Exemption of Value-added Tax on Import of Diammonium
Hydrogenorthophosphate ((NH4)2HPO4)
The General Administration
of Customs issued a notice on 27 December 2007 setting out the implementation
arrangements relating to the exemption of value-added tax on import of
Diammonium hydrogenorthophosphate ((NH4)2HPO4) (tariff code: 3105 3000),
with effect from 1 January 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex
(pdf format) for reference.
